WhiteFeather’s internationally recognized work, Sentient Clit: The Pussification of Biotech, a project with Jiabao Li, has been included in an exhibition of Li’s numerous collaborative projects at tiat.place in San Francisco, from July 30 – August 22, 2026. Part of the project, a collaborative video and resin prototype produced by Li are on display in TIAT’s front window vitrine. For more information on the exhibition, titled Womb Wetware, visit the tiat.place website here: https://www.tiat.place/wombwetware
An exhibition catalogue independently produced by Li for the exhibition includes a feature of the project, as well as WhiteFeather’s own images of her menstrual stem cells in culture, differentiating to neuronal types. The concept, experiments, materials, and microscopy were all produced independently by WhiteFeather for the project, in numerous international biolabs.
The work has been featured in the South China Morning Post, here: https://www.scmp.com/lifestyle/arts/article/3363883/breast-milk-menstrual-blood-how-artist-jiabao-li-challenges-norms
